There is little doubt in reviewing photos from APG Annual Conferences, U.S. pistachio growers enjoy a special camaraderie and appreciate opportunities to share ideas and experiences with their fellow farmers.
The continuance of this annual event, open to all U.S. pistachio growers, has never been questioned. Over 530 registered for this year’s fourth annual three-day event in Santa Barbara. Because attendance has steadily increased, the Conference Committee recommended moving to a larger venue, and the Board approved San Diego as the 2012 destination for this important industry gathering.
The Annual Report is a unique offering compiled to keep our members informed and provide a written history of the U.S. pistachio industry. Industry Annual Reports have been published since the mid 1980s and provide an invaluable record of our industry’s progress.
Each crop year’s Report is distributed at the APG Annual Conference and provided without charge to all APG members. Back issues are available on a limited basis to our members.
